User Accounts
To use certain features of OnePe AI, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account. You agree to: Provide truthful registration information. Keep your login credentials secure. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security concerns. Ensure that users added to your workspace follow these Terms. OnePe AI is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features of OnePe AI require a paid subscription plan. Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected by you. Payments are processed through supported payment providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize OnePe AI to charge the applicable subscription fees. We may: Modify subscription pricing. Introduce new paid features. Change plan limits or features. Any pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. If payment fails, access to certain paid features may be restricted until payment is completed.
Data Processing
OnePe AI processes the information and communication data you connect to the platform, including emails, messages, contacts, documents, and other business information required to provide the Service. Our platform may process data through third-party AI providers to deliver AI-powered features such as response generation, automation, and assistance. Third-party AI services are used only for providing requested functionality, and we do not use your business data for unrelated purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process the data you connect to OnePe AI.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use OnePe AI responsibly and legally. You must not: Send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited communications. Upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform. Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Service. Abuse APIs, integrations, or system resources. Circumvent usage limits or security measures. Use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these rules or negatively impact the security and reliability of the Service.
Intellectual Property
OnePe AI, including its software, design, technology, features, branding, and platform infrastructure, remains the intellectual property of OnePe AI. You retain ownership of all content, data, documents, and information that you upload or connect to the Service. AI-generated responses, suggestions, or content created through the platform become available for your use once accepted or approved by you. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it for business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
OnePe AI provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable and secure services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruptions, errors, or delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law: OnePe AI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you to OnePe AI during the previous 12 months. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may require human review and verification before use.
Termination
You may stop using OnePe AI and terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts if: These Terms are violated. The platform is misused. Security risks are detected. Required payments are not completed. After termination: Your account data will be retained for up to 30 days. After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems. You are responsible for exporting any required information before account termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. When significant changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice, including at least 14 days notice where applicable. Your continued use of OnePe AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where OnePe AI is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the applicable courts and legal jurisdiction of that location.
