Subscription Payments

At OnePe AI, we aim to provide reliable AI-powered communication and automation tools that help businesses improve their daily operations. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and future billing are handled. All subscription payments made for OnePe AI plans are processed at the time of purchase or renewal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize OnePe AI to charge the applicable subscription fees according to your selected billing cycle. Once a payment has been successfully processed, the subscription remains active for the purchased billing period.

Cancellation & Future Billing

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancellation is completed: Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period. No further recurring charges will be applied. Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current period expires. Cancellation only stops future billing and does not automatically initiate a refund for payments already completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as: Duplicate payments caused by a technical issue. Incorrect charges due to billing errors. Service-related issues that prevent access to the purchased subscription. Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the payment date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Payments

Payments are generally non-refundable for: Used subscription periods. Subscription renewals. Plan upgrades or add-ons. Partial unused time after cancellation. Accounts that violate our Terms of Service. Failure to use the service after purchase. We encourage users to review available plans and features before subscribing.
